Old wooden bowl
This is an old Japanese wooden bowl from 19c to 20c. It was found in an old warehouse of a farmhouse. The taste of withered wood and the insect holes are impressive, giving it an old style and strong presence.
 
枯れた木の椀です。明治から昭和あたりのものでしょうか。農家の古い蔵から見つかったもので、枯れた木の味わいと虫食いの穴が魅力。手に持ってみるとなかなかどっしりとした重みで、存在感のある椀です。お食事にはお使いいただけません。
