Old Seto ware pottery shard
This is a shard of an Old Seto ware, probably from the Kamakura to Muromachi periods. It may be a shard of a long-necked bottle or a pitcher. The glossy glaze remains firmly in place, creating a beautiful contrast with the peeled off part. The shape itself as a shard is also very beautiful, and it would be good to put a small bottle inside to arrange flowers.
